We got our bundle of joy, Bunker on September 17, 2011, when he was 10 weeks old. Since then, our lives have changed! He has brought my husband and I so much joy, happiness, and the occasional tears of frustration, and worries .

Amos Lee is my dachshund's name. He is a miniature dachshund I got in Texas from a "breeder" at 5 months old, when I bought him he was emaciated, ear mites, and had never been on grass before. He was scared of men especially if they had dark hair or wore a hat. He is now 3 years old, still gets scared of strangers but has come so far that he is no longer afraid of men with or without hats on. He is healthy and active, he spends his days in my backyard jumping on and off a floating raft diving into the pool. The transformation has been amazing and as much as he needs me I need him. - "Special K"
